Since my last post was about Fiona Apple, I thought I'd just share my favorite songs with you guys and who knows, maybe get you hooked on her music as well. So I wrote a few lines of lyrics that I really love from each song.

There's Something About Fiona

I can't sleep now, I was just watching "2 Days in New York", which is pretty cool, but for some reason I just had the urge to write yet have nothing to really write about, so bazaar!

Hmmmm.....I know! Music!

I used to post lists of songs that were on my mind weekly on my old blog and write a line of lyrics that I loved the most from each song, which I'm going to start up again.

There have been two songs that I've been obsessed with since last month, both by my favorite singer, the great and wonderful Ms. Fiona Apple: "Every Single Night" and "Werewolf".

I'm a HUGE Fiona Apple fan ever since her first song Criminal invaded MTV in the 90's. Her songs are so deep and blunt and her voice is just so raw and lovely.

These days, there are very few artists out there who really goi in on one's psyche and tap into their emotions. She exposes herself so eloquently. I think I sound like I'm high right now hahahaha.

What can I say, I simply think she's the truth.
